People get distracted by the sex in sexual harassment. It's not about sex, it's about power. It drives me crazy when I hear people say: Why didn't she speak up? Why didn't she just leave? Why didn't she display and present herself differently? Because it's about power. Power to intimidate. Power to control. Power to ruin a career. Sexual harassment is an abuse of power.
